SentiVue Talk bills by the minute of connected call time. Every plan includes a monthly allowance; minutes are drawn from that allowance as calls happen, and anything beyond it is billed as overage at the end of the cycle.

How metering works

There are two metered products:
  • Talk — standard workflow time
  • Translate — time spent on a translated call, billed at the translate rate
Both draw from the same monthly allowance. Your allowance is not split between them — a Growth plan gives you $2,000 of credit that either product can consume at its own per-minute rate.
Calls are metered per second, then billed per minute. Calls shorter than 5 seconds are never billed.

Included vs overage rates

While you still have allowance remaining, minutes are charged at the included rate. Once the allowance is spent, further minutes are charged at the overage rate for that product.

Overage

When your allowance runs out, calls keep working. The additional usage accrues and appears as a single usage overage line on your next invoice, charged at the overage rate.
Unused allowance does not roll over. Each renewal resets your allowance to the plan commitment.

Viewing your usage

Open Billing to see:
  • Balance — how much of your allowance remains
  • This cycle — Talk minutes, Translate minutes, and accrued overage
  • Activity — a per-call receipt showing duration, rate, and amount

Changing plans

Plan changes take effect at your next renewal, not immediately. There is no mid-cycle proration. You can cancel a pending change from the Billing page before the renewal date.

Payment failures

If a payment fails, calls stop until the invoice is paid. There is no grace period. Once payment succeeds, service resumes automatically.
An organization without an active subscription cannot place or receive calls.
