The Global node holds instructions that apply to the whole call. Its prompt is prepended to every prompted node that has Add Global Prompt turned on, which is the default. Use it for what should not change as the conversation moves: persona, tone, objection handling, rules the agent must always follow. At most one Global node per workflow. To keep a particular step out of it, turn Add Global Prompt off on that node.
